Tristan’s research and artistic practice are driven by an attempt to locate and position the subjective self and a desire to articulate a sense of displacement. In his work process and material, especially printmaking and text, become metonymic for the processes that create difference, and ways one navigates perception.

Tristan is a native of Los Angeles currently living and working in Vancouver B.C. He holds a Master Fine Arts from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology’s School of Photographic Arts and Sciences.

Jason has a background in scientific photography as well as several artistic media. His personal practice includes collage, installation and printmaking.  Jason works in set decoration for film and television.
